UA & Monetization Manager

Job summary
- As part of the UA team, you’ll own media campaigns and spend, setting priorities (country, OS, budget, networks, visuals, videos, tracking, ROI…).
- You’ll also own in-game ad monetisation and its optimisation (partner prioritisation, ad pressure, performance, mediation tooling…).
- Brief the creative teams and prioritise the ad formats (rewarded video, playable ads, interstitials…).
- Stay in constant coordination with the product and data teams to improve tracking and align your efforts with the product roadmaps.
Profile
- Working knowledge of Mobile User Acquisition and ad monetisation.
- Familiarity with the apps and tracking ecosystem.
- You know what an ad mediation tool is.
- You know the free-to-play / freemium world and have a good understanding of social media.
- Business or engineering school background, with a good level of English.
- Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, constructive.
Contract & application
Permanent position available immediately, based in Paris (2nd arrondissement). Hybrid work possible (depends on location).
